At Amaramam Electronics, we currently supply and deliver only within Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
We have partnered with a specialized local delivery partner to ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of all orders.

Orders confirmed before 3 PM IST are usually shipped on the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Deliveries typically reach customers within 1–2 working days in most areas of Vijayawada.

We take utmost care in packaging to ensure that your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at info@amaramamelectronics.com or call +91 7093581158 with your order reference number.


Payment Options

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • 💳 Razorpay (for secure online payments using cards, UPI, wallets, or net banking)

  • 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, please ensure you are available to receive the order upon delivery. Orders may be cancelled if COD confirmation is not received.


Free & Paid Delivery

We offer free delivery for eligible orders within Vijayawada.
For certain locations or small orders below a set value, a minimal local delivery fee may apply.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed clearly at checkout.


Cancellation / Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

If a product is received in damaged or defective condition:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@amaramamelectronics.com or +91 7093581158.

  2. Provide your order ID and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and arrange for a return or replacement if applicable.

Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return or replacement.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included components and accessories.


Refund / Replacement

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3–4 working days via Razorpay or your original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch

  • Products marked non-returnable
