ROLE: Social Media Strategist

As a Social Media Strategist, you will be the face and voice of Amaramam Skill Hub on-ground at our Vijayawada campus. You’ll own everything from planning and executing the social media calendar to capturing the real campus vibe through engaging UGC and brand content.

This role blends social media management, community building, and creative execution — ideal for someone passionate about content, trends, and Gen-Z storytelling.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

1. Social Media & Content Strategy

• Build and execute the monthly content calendar for your campus (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Posts)
• Collaborate with the central marketing team for brand alignment and approvals
• Maintain visual aesthetic, tone, and platform consistency across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms

2. Content Production (Brand + UGC)

• Work closely with students, faculty, and in-house creators to shoot UGC and branded content
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate shoot days including approvals and execution
• Edit content independently or coordinate with editors for quick, trend-led turnarounds

3. Community Engagement

• Identify and collaborate with campus influencers and student storytellers
• Activate student communities through offline meetups, content challenges, and mini-campaigns
• Encourage and enable student-led content creation that reflects real campus culture

4. Reporting & Insights

• Track weekly performance of posts, reels, and campaigns
• Suggest data-driven content improvements to increase reach and engagement
• Share monthly reports with insights, learnings, and next steps

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU

• Have completed or are pursuing a 1–3 month internship in social media, content creation, or community management
• Are a self-starter and content hustler — able to shoot content today and plan campaigns tomorrow
• Are deeply tuned into Gen-Z trends, memes, and digital storytelling formats
• Can work independently on-ground while collaborating remotely with a central marketing team
• Have basic editing skills using CapCut, VN, Canva, or know how to get content edited
• Are comfortable being on camera, behind the camera, or directing the camera
